Hale Dynamics provide personalised coaching services to allow you to perform at your best, when you need to. Whether your goal is to win a national medal or complete your first race, Hale Dynamics will make sure you are ready to achieve your goals.
You’ll be provided with one-to-one coaching tailored to your needs, led by John Hale – an elite athlete with years of competitive experience and a scientific approach to training. Regular contact via messaging, phone and video will ensure that you’re always training at the optimal level to maintain an upwards trajectory!

See below to find details of the available coaching packages: Lite and Standard. It’s down to you to choose the package that suits your needs best, but if you need advice, then don’t hesistate to get in touch.
NB: There is no minimum contract on any of our coaching packages.

Introduction to Hale Dynamics
An informal introduction to Hale Dynamics and lead coach, John Hale
Goal-Setting
A discussion to establish season goals and form a plan that meets those goals.
Athlete Evaluation
An evaluation of you as an athlete. This includes any past medical history, but also your previous and current training and racing status.
Lite – £80 /month
Training Zones
Based on your current training status, you will be given training zones for power, heart rate and speed/pace such that you can train effectively across all disciplines.
Establish High-Level Plan
Following on from the initial consultation, your coach will set up a periodised season training plan for you. This plan will take into account your lifestyle, availability, current fitness level and season goals.
Monthly Delivery of Detailed Plan
A detailed training plan with specific workouts will be delivered on a monthly basis. This will be emailed to you and also added seamlessly to your TrainingPeaks calendar. The detailed plan will take into account your availability and any adjustments needed to ensure you are training at the correct level.
Structured workouts will be built into your plan, and these can easily be used on major platforms such as Zwift or TrainerRoad. Files can also be provided so that you can follow workouts on GPS devices outdoors.
TrainingPeaks Membership
TrainingPeaks basic membership is included as part of this package.
Weekly Session Feedback
Hale Dynamics will review your session data on a weekly basis and provide feedback via TrainingPeaks, with a summary delivered via email.
Fortnightly Coach Contact
Every two weeks, your coach will be available for a 30-minute phone / video call to review your progress and and feedback you may have. This is also an opportunity to adjust your training programme as required.
Race Strategy
A full pre-race briefing will be provided for one race per month. This will include pacing, tactics and fuelling strategies to help you perform at your best.
20% Discount on 3DAero Package
As part of the Lite coaching package, all athletes are entitled to a 20% discount on a full 3DAero package that will assess your position on the bike via 3D scanning and CFD analysis.
Standard – £140 /month

Race Prep, Strategy & Fuelling
A full pre-race briefing will be provided on for up to four races per month. This will include a race course analysis, weather conditions assessment, pacing, tactics, fuelling strategy and much more. You will be able to approach your races feeling better prepared than ever!
Nutrition & Diet Advice
Your coach will give advice on diet and nutrition to make sure that you are fuelling your body for success.
Strength & Conditioning
Strength and conditioning advice and excercises will be provided to improve your power development and to help you stay injury free.
Equipment & Aerodynamics
As part of the Standard coaching package, you will receive expert advice on equipment selection and riding position, taking into account aerodynamics and physiological constraints to make you as fast as possible.
30% Discount on 3DAero Package
As part of the Standard coaching package, all athletes are entitled to a 30% discount on a full 3DAero package that will assess your position on the bike via 3D scanning and CFD analysis.
